Q:        - Where does Virgin Hair Brokers hair come from?

 

A:            Per confidentiality reasoning, Virgin Hair Brokers does not provide details of where the hair   

               comes from. However, we can ensure you that all hair offered is 100% virgin hair that can be

              managed in a way that your real hair can. All hair can be dyed to any color you prefer.

 

Q:          -Can I pick up the hair?

 

A:            YES! We have a pick up location in the Los Angeles area. ( By appointment only)  If you would    

                like to pick your  Purchase up. Please email us prior to purchasing. And we will send you a 

                invoice.

 

Q:             -Does Virgin Hair Brokers offer wholesale?

 

A:               No at this time we do not offer any wholesale or distributor opportunities.

                  But we will be in the near future.  So stay in touch with us for more details.

             

Q:            - What lengths does Virgin Hair Brokers hair come in?

 

A:               All hair offered by Virgin Hair Brokers comes in the lengths of 10″, 12”, 14”, 16″, 18″, 22″, 24″, 26”,    

                  28″. The lengths available at any point in time can be found in the drop-down menu

                  under each specific hair style.

 

Q:            -How many ounces is in each Virgin Hair Brokers Hair bundle?

 

A:              There are 4 oz. of hair in each bundle.

 

Q:            -How many bundles do I need for a full sew-in?

 

A:              We recommend two bundles for a full sew-in. But some people like their hair thicker so they     

                  purchase three bundles.  The amount of bundles purchased depends on the look a client is

                  going for.

 

Q:          -Does Virgin Hair Brokers  sell closures?

 

A:             No.  Sorry we do not sell closures.

 

Q:           -Which shipping carriers do you use?

 

A:             We use the United States Post Office (USPS) for standard shipping.

 

Q:           -How long will it take to receive my hair order?

 

A:           Orders  will typically take between 5-7 business days to arrive normally. Some orders may              

               take longer depending on stock availability. In the case that a order will be delayed we will

               notify you by email within 48 hours of ordering.

 

Q:         -How far in advance should I order my hair before my install appointment?

 

A:           We recommend that you place your order at least two weeks ahead of a your hair appointment      

               to be safe. Don’t forget about “Murphy’s Law”

 

Q:          -What payment methods does Virgin Hair Brokers accept?

 

A:            Virgin Hair Brokers accepts all major credit and debit cards. And Debit cards via PayPal with an    

                e- Check, we will not ship your items till your e-check clears and payment is received.

 

Q:         -Can I exchange my purchase if I order the wrong thing?

 

A:          Yes hair may be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your hair.   As long as the rubber bands    

              have not been removed, the wefts have not been unrolled, it has not been handled, brushed,

             dyed, cut, colored, or installed. Hair must be in its original packaging and ready for resale.
